It feels as if everyone is moving to the GTA and they are all looking for homes, and we have few to offer. Many of the people who do intend to sell this Spring have not got their homes ready to put on the market and they are missing out on the current "feeding frenzy" as Agents try to rush their clients in to new Listings and get offers in at record speed.
